It eliminates daily eye makeup and remains visible after sweating, swimming, or sleep. At Sunny PMU in Hongdae, eyeliner is performed by founder Sunny Kwak using a US AAM Pain Control Safety certified protocol.

Three techniques are offered — lash line enhancement (between-the-lashes pigment with no visible line), natural eyeliner (a fine line drawn tight to the lash line), and smoky eyeliner (a softly diffused wing). Each procedure takes 2 to 3 hours and is performed personally by Sunny Kwak.
Eyeliner is the most psychologically intimidating PMU procedure because of its proximity to the eye, but discomfort is minimal when performed by a properly trained artist.
